Documents

In the section "Stock management" / "Documents" you can view and edit documents; change stocks, purchase and adjust the balance of stockpiles at the current stock. The table displays a list of documents with information on them, such as: document number, type, status, date and time of creation, etc.

The following operations are available on the toolbar:

• Create order (see section "Create order")
• Transfer inventory (see section "Transfer inventory")
• Stock adjustment (see section "Stock adjustment")

To narrow the search for documents, a custom filter is available on the page (see section "User filter") for the period, type and status of documents. For advanced filtering, an advanced filter is available, which is opened by clicking the "More" link.

  The data in the table can be sorted, exported to a file, etc. (see section "Working with tables").
